Relief Initiative of Cooperative Union of Batangas

The Cooperative Union of Batangas, together with affiliate cooperatives Malalim MPC and Tilambo MPC, joined forces in a relief initiative on November 7, 2024. The primary beneficiaries were members of Bilibinwang MPC, along with families from nearby communities affected by typhoon Kristine, now staying at the evacuation center in Brgy. Pansipit, Agoncillo, Batangas.

In addition to the affiliate cooperatives that participated, other affiliates also extended their support to CUB's donation drive for the affected families. Notably, Coops for Christ- Batangas, Mariposa MPC, Calabarzon Transport Service & Multipurpose Cooperative, Pinamucan Ibaba MPC , Pinamucan Silangan MPC & Manalupang Water Service Cooperative.
